The tourist dollar comes in a spending frame of mind. It is a known fact that the man, woman, or child on vacation spends more freely than at any time of the year. The tourist is an impulse buyer. He does not wait for markdown sales or bargain days. He pays cash. In short, he is the ideal customer.
