Kiting Up the Sky
Getting Started

This issue provides a brief outline on the history of kites, including their many uses throughout the ages, as well as information on the forces of kite flight.

One lesson directs students in writing kite poems and creative pieces involving conversations between kites and people. There are also instructions for building a working kite.

Note: This is an archival publication dating back to 1991 and any supplements or suggestions for off-site education may not be available.
