This issue of Art to Zoo focuses on the teachable aspects of spiders that span the curriculum. As students work through the activities, they should gain a new respect for spiders. Included is a teacher background on spiders, a lesson plan `titled “Creatures from Planet X,” a pull-out page in English and Spanish, and a bibliography of resources.
